• Case data — intake answers, uploaded documents, and AI-generated findings you create in the product.
• Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, device/browser metadata for security and product improvement.

• To generate risk scores, findings, and assignments tied to your cases.
• To communicate about your account, security, and product updates.

Data sharing

We don't sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, database, AI model providers) under contractual confidentiality.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped per account through row-level authorization.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Closing your account deletes associated cases and documents.
