Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pure Alpha Intelligence Grid ("the service"), you agree to these terms.

The service

The service provides AI-assisted risk intelligence — risk scoring, document organization, and AI-generated findings and assignments. Output is informational and is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions made based on the output.

Your account

• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and only upload content you have the right to share.
• Don't use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance via our payment processor. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We retain ownership of the platform, models, and software.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via the product or email.
